The apartment has a bedroom, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a large terrace. Bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace with mountain views are provided. The accommodation also includes a room for sports equipment with a washing machine, dryer and shoe dryer. Parking for 2 cars is right next to the house.

The accommodation is located in a strategic location with good accessibility (a few minutes by car) to the ski resorts Ski Amade - Planai Schladming, Hauser Kaibling, Rittisberg, Hochwurzen, Reiteralm. Ramsau am Dachstein is one of the best cross-country ski trails in Europe. It offers hundreds of kilometers of running tracks with daily modification.

In the summer, you can go on hiking and cycling trips in the surrounding hills, or cycle along a flat route through the Ennstal valley. Beautiful hiking trails can be found on the entire slope of the Dachstein massif. For climbing enthusiasts, Ramsau offers a large number of secured routes (Klettersteig) for both complete beginners and advanced climbers.

The town of Ramsau am Dachstein is located on a plateau in the Ennstal valley at an altitude of 1100 m.a.s.l. It is located in the mountain pastures on the southern side of the Dachstein massif. With its sunny climate, it attracts many visitors every year. In summer it is a suitable place for cycling and hiking, and in winter for skiing and cross-country skiing.
